| Labrador Pups like Honey are just adorable and fun to have here at Van Tassel Manor Labradors. |
Honey pictured above at about 9 weeks of age. Bella is her mom
and Noth'in But Trouble the # nine lab in the country at the time,
her dad. Honey is a very smart and obedient pup. Honey has great
looks but her temperament really is the icing on the cake that
makes her a keeper from a beautiful litter of pups. She is 2 ounces
lighter than her sister Summer and hard to tell apart often. I love to
watch her play with all the other dogs here. One of her relatives
Gordy produced 76 champion dogs which is the world record.
Update, Honey is 6 months old Nov 9 and over 40 lbs now and
doing wonderful. Honey will be staying here and bred to Duke after
hips are checked down the road. Honey must be near 50 lbs now
and at present I think she very may well be the most beautiful pup I
have had born here. She has her dads and moms great lines
showing in the head shape and body conformation. She is 6
months old now in a few days and has remained very light and is
built quite solid on 1/3/2012. She will get her hips tested in July.
